1. Eligibility and Account Registration

To use the service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must provide accurate information and keep your account updated. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials.

2. Use of the Service

OpenWorksFlow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the service for internal business purposes. You must not use it for illegal purposes, decompile or reverse-engineer the platform, interfere with service operations, or generate unsolicited communications.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws, protecting the security of your account and systems, the content you provide, and making necessary disclosures to contacts.

4. Fees and Payments

Some features require payments as per the relevant order form or invoice. Payments are non-refundable, and if you do not pay on time, we may suspend your access.

5. Intellectual Property

OpenWorksFlow and all related intellectual property rights belong to OpenWorksFlow or its licensors. Any suggestions you submit may be used without obligation to you.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain your rights over your data, but you grant us a license to process it and improve the service. You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties must keep confidential information secret during and for three years after the end of the agreement, except as required by law.

8. Term and Termination

These terms remain in effect until terminated. Either party may terminate with written notice. We may suspend your access immediately for breaches, legal or security risks. Certain obligations survive termination.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and without any warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee accuracy or continuous availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

OpenWorksFlow will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or data. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify OpenWorksFlow for any claim arising from your use of the service, breaches of these terms, or legal violations.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Vancouver under BCICAC rules.

13. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new terms.

14. General

These terms constitute the entire agreement. If any part is invalid, the rest remains in effect. You may not assign your rights without our written consent.
